Amtrak Awards Burns Contract for Industrial Lighting Replacement at Mechanical Facilities
Burns was awarded a design project with Amtrak to complete a comprehensive review of lighting conditions at various locations across the country, with the goal of improving the lighting in their large mechanical facilities, as well as reducing the overall energy use for each site by 10%. The project includes 18 buildings with over 1 million square feet of space at Amtrak facilities in Beech Grove, Indiana, Los Angeles, California and Sanford, Florida.
