Burns is pleased to announce the addition of Robert J. Frascella, PE, L. Brian Ehrler, CPE, LEED® AP, and Reynaldo D. Santos to our staff.
Robert J. Frascella, PE
Bob has over 35 years of transit and rail transportation experience. He has managed projects involving railroad and transit operations, planning, design, and construction for a number of US transit agencies as well as Class I and regional freight railroads. Bob is active in the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-way Association (AREMA) where he serves on several committees which have developed railway design standards. Bob brings to Burns extensive experience in railroad track and facilities design, and will act as PMO Lead Technical Specialist on FTA assigned task orders and risk assessments.
L. Brian Ehrler, CPE, LEED® AP
Brian has 17 years of experience in construction and contracts management, operational and project management, and project estimating. His expertise includes project controls, cost estimating, CPM scheduling analysis, project planning, cost analysis, and risk analysis. Brian joins Burns as the PMO Lead Project Controls Specialist focusing on scheduling and cost estimating on FTA assigned task orders.
Reynaldo D. Santos
Rey has over 30 years of project management experience in third party design and construction for transit agencies. He has managed multi-million dollar projects for bus, light rail and heavy rail maintenance facilities construction and renovation projects, as well as for underground storage tank replacements and soil remediation. Rey brings to Burns extensive construction project management experience of transit facilities. He will be the Resident Engineer for the Delaware River Port Authority’s PATCO Subway Tunnel Fire Protection System Construction Project.
