ROTEM USA Selects Burns to Assess Potential Manufacturing Facility Site
Rotem USA and Burns have teamed to evaluate a potential site for a new railcar assembly and testing facility. This site would enable Rotem to fulfill a contract they have with SEPTA to produce Silverliner cars.
Rotem, a member of the Hyundai Motor Group of companies, has its headquarters located in Seoul, Korea and its U.S. manufacturing and corporate offices located in Philadelphia. The company produces high-speed rail train sets, electric multiple units, light rail vehicles, power distribution and supply equipment, signaling systems, maglev train sets, diesel multiple units and freight cars.
