The Burns Group is excited to announce that Elaine Stryker has joined the company, further enhancing Burns’ signals and communications capabilities for our railroad and transit clients, and continuing firm’s commitment to technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Elaine has specialized expertise in the design and planning of communications networks for mass transit authorities. She has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Drexel University with a concentration in signals processing and telecommunications. Elaine joins Burns as a Communications and Signals Specialist.
