Ed Roa Joins Burns, Leads Los Angeles Office

Burns proudly welcomes Edwin Roa, PMP, to our growing aviation team! Ed will lead our Los Angeles office, and brings nearly 20 years of airport technology systems engineering and project management expertise to our clients.
Ed has been a key part of the expansion and renovation of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), serving as IT Project Manager for a number of recent development projects at LAX, including the Midfield Satellite Concourse, Tom Bradley International Terminal Renovation, LAX Terminal 4 Connector, Southwest Airlines Terminal 1, and several related technology infrastructure upgrades. He has also served as a program manager for air navigation and control facilities programs for the FAA.
Ed strengthens Burns’ airport technology and systems engineering practice, and enhances our ability to deliver impeccable service nationwide. Ed is a civil engineering graduate of the University of Illinois and lives in the LA area with his wife and three boys.
