On Friday, May 12th, Matthew Burns participated in the “Creating Engaging Cultures” panel at the 2017 Midatlantic Employers’ Association’s (MEA) 2017 Culture & Talent Conference in Conshohocken, PA. Matt, along with two other business leaders, discussed how high-performance workplace cultures have helped their companies achieve business success. Matt highlighted unique ways that Burns employees live the company culture, the advantage of creating and living by core values, and how a strong company culture benefits a professional service organization. Matt is President/CEO of Burns.
