Kevin Shertz Named Director of Aviation Technology Services

Kevin Shertz, PE, was recently promoted to Director of Aviation Technology Services!
Over the past 15 years, Kevin has gained extensive experience working on electrical, electronics and special systems engineering design and design management projects. He has become an expert in electrical, security and communications systems for airport facilities and infrastructure, including terminals, airline operations, tenant spaces, and support facilities. Recently, Kevin has been involved with the South Terminal C Project at the Orlando International Airport, working as Project Manager for Technology and Multi-Media Systems, and is currently serving as Project Manager for the Newark Liberty International Terminal A, which is integrating the bridging documents Burns created for all engineering disciplines. Kevin is also the Program Manager for Burns’ IT On-Call contract for the Maryland Aviation Administration, servicing Baltimore/Washington International and Martin State Airports.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Drexel University. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Building Industry Consulting Services International and the Project Management Institute.
In his new role, Kevin will lead his team in developing cutting-edge Information Communication Technology solutions to help solve our clients’ toughest challenges. Congratulations, Kevin!
