Darryl Daniel, PMP, Joins Burns, Enhances Aviation Technology and Systems Engineering Practice
Burns is excited to welcome Darryl Daniel, PMP, to the company as a Senior Project Manager in our newly established Houston, TX location. Darryl, a seasoned Airport Information Technology (IT) and Systems professional, adds tremendous experience to our already deep and talented team, and allows us to continue providing solutions to help our clients meet their project goals.
Darryl has over 20 years of experience providing exceptional service to his clients. After working for Continental Airlines early in his career, he transitioned into the consulting industry, where he has developed a wealth of experience with airport IT, communications, and special systems. He has spent the last 15 years assisting the Houston Airport System implement large capital technology initiatives with construction costs in excess of $60 million. His specific experience includes access control, video surveillance, perimeter intrusion detection, flight information display systems (FIDS), airport operational database systems (AODB), public address, Wi-Fi implementation, passenger tracking, queue management, as well as other airport specialty systems.
