Phil Gonski Presenting at IEEE Women in Engineering Forum USA East
On the morning of Friday, December 1st, Phil Gonski, PE, will be presenting at the 2017 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Women in Engineering (WIE) Forum USA East at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court in Baltimore, Maryland. Phil will be discussing how IEEE helps women in engineering create a support network to find professional opportunities and advance their careers.
Phil has been a board member of IEEE Philadelphia since 2013, and served as the Section Chair from 2014–2016. He is currently serving as East Area Chair of IEEE Region 2, which oversees the Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and Lehigh Valley sections of IEEE.
This forum focuses on developing and improving leadership skills for individuals at all stages of their careers, and provides an opportunity to hear inspirational and empowering talks presented by successful leaders from IEEE Northeast. The mission of IEEE WIE is to inspire and empower women as leaders in engineering and technology.
