Burns Welcomes Tracey Lober to the Project Management Oversight Team
We are excited to welcome Tracey Lober, PE, to Burns as a PMOC Project Manager! Based in our St. Louis office, Tracey will support Burns’ Project Management Oversight contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to ensure that major capital programs are completed within schedule and budget.
Tracey brings to the team nearly 30 years of transit industry experience, with expertise in transportation engineering, design/construction phase services and infrastructure inspection for commuter and light rail, bus rapid transit, and multimodal clients. She worked previously in a similar role with the FTA overseeing federally funded major capital projects including the $2.03 billion Southwest Corridor Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project (Minneapolis, MN).
