Burns Announces Tony Koltuv Next Leader of Railroad and Transit Practice

Burns is excited to announce Tony Koltuv, PMP, a highly regarded leader in railway safety and capital program innovation, will serve as the company’s next Vice President, Railroad and Transit.

With more than 25 years of transportation project management experience, Tony brings a unique ability to untangle the logistical, organizational and technical challenges that commonly ensnare capital programs. Tony is widely respected as a results-oriented consensus builder, unifying stakeholders and motivating his teams to guide the industry’s most ambitious rail system improvements.
