Tony’s more than 25-year transportation and program/project management career spans the cross section of safety and innovation. A customer-focused and results-oriented leader, Tony has a proven track record of delivering capital program goals while minimizing costs, ensuring safety, and adapting to changing priorities. Tony is a skilled communicator with an inspiring vision for the future of next-generation rail and transit technologies.
Tony’s enthusiasm is matched by a deep knowledge of state-of-the-art techniques for asset system integration and rail system improvements. During Tony’s 16 years at Amtrak, Tony truly walked the walk — personally inspecting every interlocking, track switch, and signal along the Northeast Corridor.
At Burns, Tony is responsible for leading growth of Burns’ industry-leading Railroad and Transit division.
