Members of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) recently selected Burns Project Manager Anthony LoCicero, PE, LEED AP, Assoc. DBIA as chair of the Coalition of American Structural Engineers (CASE) Executive Committee. 

ACEC is the business voice of America’s engineering industry, representing nearly 6,000 firms. As part of the CASE leadership team, Anthony will help shape a forward-looking vision for structural engineering firms across the country. 

Anthony is humbled by this honor and credits the involvement of his colleagues at Burns as the impetus for him to begin his engagement with the organization. He is looking forward to leading CASE’s charge to navigate important developments in structural engineering licensure and thoughtfully implement new technologies into the profession.  “I am especially excited about the opportunity this position provides me to network with the best and brightest engineering talent and recruit them into the field to meet the growing need for quality structural engineering in our society.” he said.
