Burns announces the addition of Healthcare Project Manager John Pham, PE.

John brings decades of experience working across Florida’s healthcare industry. Previous design and construction projects include major infrastructure system overhauls for hospitals, laboratories, central energy plants, and public works facilities.

John is proud of his close relationship with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). He previously collaborated with AHCA as a consulting engineer, advancing hospital project designs. More recently, John has served as an AHCA mechanical plan reviewer and construction inspector, ensuring compliance with healthcare design guidelines, national standards, and state building codes.

“With hospital construction continuing to boom across Florida, I could not be more excited to join Burns’ growing healthcare practice,” John said. “I look forward to applying my healthcare engineering background to drive Burns’ industry-leading delivery of hospital design-build solutions.”
