Burns Seeking Qualified Subcontractors for the Federal Transit Administration Project Management Oversight Support Services Contract
Burns is soliciting interest from qualified subcontractors for the planned acquisition of the 2019 Project Management Oversight (PMO) Contract for the Federal Transit Administration (Solicitation Number FTA-TPM20-18-0209-00001). It is anticipated that a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for industry review and comment in September 2018, with the final RFP to be issued in November 2018.
The objective of the PMO procurement is to acquire engineering support services under a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The FTA must ensure that project sponsors execute authorized projects professionally, efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. To assist the FTA in fulfilling this responsibility, the selected teams will provide PMO services for capital projects in accordance with task order assignments.
Interested firms must be registered in the federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM).
