Rajee Alexander Joins Burns’ Communications & Signals Team
We are excited to welcome Rajee Alexander, PE, CSEP, as Senior Communications & Signals Engineer in our Railroad & Transit Group. Raj has 22 years of experience in systems engineering, with specialized expertise in train control, communications, and electronic security systems for both public and private sector clients.
Raj has managed major control center projects for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) and the New York MTA. His diverse project background includes enterprise security C3 centers in New York City; new control centers for New Jersey Transit, South Florida and Calgary Transit; CBTC systems support for car borne, wayside, and train supervision subsystems for New York City Transit; and, the migration of legacy systems to new systems and construction support testing for PANYNJ. Raj’s clients appreciate his holistic design approach – he takes the time to understand his clients’ needs and the impact his designs have on existing operations in order to deliver successful projects.
