Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager

Brian oversees mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection improvements for major institutional and commercial facilities. A lifelong New Yorker and son of an operating engineer, Brian has long been intrigued by the inner workings of city infrastructure. Brian thrives at solving mechanical design challenges for New York’s campuses and iconic buildings. With 25 years of project management experience, he offers deep technical expertise and a thoughtful design approach, resulting in measurable improvements in facility comfort, efficiency and reliability.

Professional Highlights

  • Designed low-temperature brine chiller refrigeration plant for the Meatpacking District’s historic Gansevoort Market Meat Center
  • Overhauled Underwriters Laboratories Inc. research and testing facility in Melville, New York, fulfilling stringent laboratory humidification and air-flow requirements
  • Renovated Ed Sullivan Theater’s M/E/P systems and chiller plant, including overhaul of theater ductwork to uncover a five-story domed glass ceiling

Brian has collaborated on the following projects

  • Berklee College of Music, New York City, recording studio renovations and fifth floor addition
  • City University of New York (CUNY), Bronx Community College, Havemeyer Lab HVAC upgrades
