Aviation Project Manager

Eric is a flexible and creative civil engineer with nearly three decades of comprehensive experience in managing, planning, and designing airport projects. He has been at the helm of many complex engineering initiatives—from large-scale airport expansion programs to targeted airside/landside improvements at both commercial and general aviation facilities. Eric’s passion for integrating innovative engineering solutions with practical experience has driven the delivery of a variety of successful projects.

Professional Highlights

  • Led the design of the Levee System Rehabilitation Project at Harrisburg International Airport, which received a 2022 ACEC/PA Diamond Award for Engineering Excellence and an ACEC National Recognition Award.
  • Led the planning and design of the Landside Cargo Expansion and Intersection Improvements Project at Harrisburg International Airport from conceptual planning through construction. The project includes a signature roundabout which serves as the gateway to future cargo development.
  • Led the design and construction administration services for the Runway and Taxiway Rehabilitation and Obstruction Removal Project at College Park Airport, the world's oldest continually operating airport.
  • Led stormwater management and erosion and sediment design and permitting efforts on several accelerated projects at Philadelphia International Airport.
