Burns Seeks Qualified Subcontractors for Federal Transit Administration Project Management Oversight (PMO) Support Services Contract

Burns is soliciting interest from qualified subcontractors to support the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) during the upcoming Project Management Oversight (PMO) contract.
The role of PMO contractors is to provide specialized expertise to support FTA to ensure that project sponsors execute authorized projects professionally, efficiently, safely – in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Subcontractors will be tasked with evaluating project sponsor’s management and technical capacity and with reviewing grantee implementation plans and specifications.
A draft PMO Request for Proposals (RFP) can be found on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The final RFP will be issued in November 2023. SAM.gov pre-registration is required to access the RFP.
