Burns to Support Cleveland Hopkins International Airport’s Terminal Modernization and Development Program with Technology Systems Program Management

Burns Engineering, together with partners Critical Ops and CyberEye, will support Paslay Group on the CLEvolution, Cleveland Hopkins Airport’s Terminal Modernization and Development Plan, by providing experienced leadership, specialized technology expertise, and cybersecurity consulting.

The team brings a strong record of helping airport owners plan, manage, and deliver technology systems for major capital projects. Burns’ recent airport experience includes work on programs such as Burbank RPT, LAX MSC, MCO STC, Nashville BNA Vision & New Horizon, Newark Terminal A, Pittsburgh TMP, and San Diego T1. Throughout these engagements, Burns helped owners establish clear technology direction, navigate complex technical issues, coordinate with project stakeholders, and deliver successful outcomes under varied project delivery methods.

Burns will serve as the prime IT consultant to Paslay Group, leading the full scope of work, including developing an IT Master Plan, and engaging on CLEvolution with management resources, subject-matter expertise, and future contract administration. As an ENR 500 engineering firm with a national reputation for airport technology systems, Burns brings both seasoned experts and the resources of a 400-person consulting firm. The Burns-led team is positioned to help Paslay Group guide the technology program from planning through delivery with clarity, consistency, and experienced leadership.
