Burns is thrilled to celebrate Project Manager Erica Antoine, PE — a 2022 Progressive Railroading Rising Star!

A gifted collaborator, Erica is known for her ability to align stakeholders and to support clients when they are faced with tough decisions. Under her leadership, Erica’s team has delivered more than $200 million in rail transit projects that will have lasting impact for generations to come.

Recent projects include the $27-million renovation of Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) 5th Street-Independence Hall Station and $28-million reopening of the Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) Franklin Square Station.

Erica is also an active volunteer with the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and Women in Transportation (WTS), regularly advocating for improvements in transit and sustainability as well as equal opportunities for women in the transportation and engineering industries.

Progressive Railroading’s Rising Stars Recognition honored 25 leaders, ages 40 or younger, for their professional accomplishments, industry contributions, and community involvement.
