Burns announces the promotion of Joseph Zagorski, PE to Director, Facilities.

Joe is a natural leader and expert in improving the building systems of instructional and laboratory facilities. A Burns team member since his days in the Drexel University Co-op program, Joe’s extensive knowledge of the firm makes him an invaluable mentor to Burns’ young engineers.

At a time when decision-makers at lab & research facilities on higher educational, healthcare, government, and private business campuses are confronting new & existing research along with the challenges of energy efficiency and sustainability, Burns’ Facilities team is providing these types of clients with high-performance solutions that minimize cost and disruption to building occupants. With Joe at the helm, the team will carry clients like the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton University, and the University of Delaware forward into a more flexible, resilient, and sustainable future.
