Healthcare Project Manager/Houston Regional Manager
Bill leads delivery of complex capital projects on behalf of Burns’ mission-critical public and private clients across Texas. His expertise spans multiple industries — with a focus on healthcare, aviation, energy, and telecommunication sectors. Previous experience includes overseeing specialized engineering projects in the United States, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Bill and his team pride themselves on proactive solutions that consistently enhance the scalability, profitability and resiliency of client infrastructure. Bill brings a particular passion for healthcare projects, producing healing environments for patients as well as productive workplaces for clinicians and staff.
