Carrene Gilbert, PE
Railroad & Transit Project Manager
Carrene is an electrical engineer with decades of nationwide experience in the rail and transit industry. Her wide-ranging experience in the design and coordination of projects related to signals, systems, and communications has led her to an intimate understanding of the design and integration required to implement systems and eliminate service interruptions.
Detail oriented by nature, Carrene is skilled in coordinating the interface between agencies; railroads; departments of transportation (DOTs); cities; and developers throughout design, installation, testing, and operation as required by individual contracts. Her desire to always learn more keeps her involved in and on the pulse of innovative work in railway engineering.
