Eric Roe
Railroad & Transit Project Manager
Eric has worked in the railroad and transit field for decades, gaining broad experience in railroad signaling, communications, and Positive Train Control. With a background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience across freight, commuter rail and agency-side operations, he understands both the technical details of rail systems and the operational realities that shape how they are designed, tested and delivered. Eric is especially interested in the technology behind modern railroading and is drawn to projects that apply emerging systems to long-standing operational challenges, from PTC-enabled safety improvements to wireless crossing technology that can reduce unnecessary gate-down time near passenger stations.
