Jake Bisson, PE
Healthcare Project Manager
Jake is an accomplished project manager and electrical systems engineer. He specializes in constructability reviews, code interpretation, and the use of BIM software. Jake has a proven track record of building and leading engineering teams to deliver efficient and reliable electrical system designs. His expertise includes in-depth knowledge design-build project delivery, building and electrical codes, as well as the development and implementation of drawing standards and design best practices.
Professional Highlights
- Led the electrical, lighting, fire alarm and low voltage system designs as Engineer of Record for $300M+ in multi-family high-rise construction, delivering compliant, constructible solutions for some of Oakland’s tallest residential buildings.
- Led MEP design efforts and served as Electrical Engineer of Record for major central energy plant relocation projects, including the Sarasota Doctors Hospital Modular Chiller Plant with 2,100 tons of cooling capacity and a 1,875 kW emergency generator.
