John Bachor
Railroad & Transit Project Manager
John Bachor brings decades of hands-on railroad signal experience to every railway project he manages. His background spans technical supervision of signal crews, installation and maintenance of signal control systems, and direct coordination with contractors, cities, and transportation authorities. This experience has given him unique insight into how to keep signal construction work on schedule, on budget, and at peak quality.
Professional Highlights
- Managed design support and led construction management for the first implementation of multi-zone split box technology in California.
- Managed design support for Metrolink’s first implementation of wireless crossing technology.
- Verified and validated the distribution and installation of vital and non-vital software, supported in-service system integration testing, and contributed to the final design of 18 upgraded crossings, nine intermediate locations with EC-5 equipment, and six control points on Metrolink’s first new subdivision since its conception.
