John offers decades of experience overseeing Florida healthcare design and construction projects as a design engineer, capital program manager, plan reviewer, and construction inspector. Building upon recent experience at the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, John’s unique perspectives ensure project designs are compliant, pragmatic and consistent with the highest standard of healthcare engineering best practice. John leads major hospital renovation design and construction projects across Western Florida, applying his expertise to complete projects on time and within budget, all while delivering patient-centered care environments.

Professional Highlights

  • Mechanical design engineer for multiple hospital flagship expansion projects during a period of Florida’s rapid healthcare growth
  • Managed St. Cloud, Florida’s capital projects as the city project manager, spearheading construction of the $10-million Lakefront Park Marina Complex and various municipal facilities
  • Relocated to Lima, Peru, supervising medical clinics and social services for more than seven years on behalf of International Mission Board
