Power & Utilities Project Manager

Patrick manages multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate the delivery of complex district energy and utility projects. He is a problem solver, collaborating with clients and partners to navigate the full landscape of potential technical and financial solutions for energy distribution and utility modernization projects. Patrick has experience leading the master planning process for high-performance infrastructure systems, achieving electrification, decarbonization, capacity expansion, and resilience goals.

Professional Highlights

  • Served as chief resident engineer for University of Florida’s thermal distribution program, replacing more than 8,800 feet of large diameter chilled water pipe, 11,300 feet of steam and condensate pipe, and 600 feet of sanitary sewer
  • Led process consulting team for cogeneration plant controls system replacement at USG Corporation’s Otsego, Michigan papermill facility

Patrick has collaborated on the following projects
