Ryan Breier
Vice President, Signals, Communications & Train Control
Ryan leads Burns’ railroad signal, communications and train control services. Clients trust Ryan for his deep knowledge and implementation expertise in vital and non-vital control circuits, radiofrequency technologies, positive train control (PTC) and communication-based train control (CBTC) technologies. Ryan and his team’s highly specialized design and system-integration capabilities improve the reliability, security and safety of rail and transit operations.
Ryan is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served in Operation Enduring Freedom as an avionics specialist.
