Director, Program Management
Tim manages a team that provides oversight of billions of dollars in federally funded capital projects. Tim is entrusted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to monitor some of the largest, most-complicated transportation projects in the country. Beyond directing Burns’ program management services, Tim provides clients with unmatched capital program expertise — applying 30 years of engineering experience to support transit agencies complete major projects within budget and on schedule.
