Director, Program Management Oversight
Tim manages a team that provides oversight of billions of dollars in federally funded capital projects. The leader of Burns’ Project Management Oversight Contractors (PMOCs) group, Tim is entrusted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to monitor some of the largest, most-complicated transportation projects in the country. Beyond directing Burns’ PMOC services, Tim provides clients with unmatched capital program expertise — applying 30 years of engineering experience to support transit agencies complete major projects within budget and on schedule.
