Jamie is a relied-upon expert on all phasing, staging, and constructability concerns for catenary and other specialized right-of-way infrastructure projects. Building off a background in the heavy-construction industry, she brings a combination of engineering knowledge and field-tested experience to improve the feasibility of design plans. Whether the client is a system owner or contractor, Jamie’s trusted advice frequently leads to fewer change orders, project delays, and cost overruns. Jamie serves on the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) Technical Committee 33 – Electric Energy Utilization.
