Burns is performing an emergency power assessment for the City of Philadelphia which will assess the temporary emergency power needs of over 100 critical facilities. Burns is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and FEMA to compile and analyze data required to connect temporary generation to these critical City facilities in the event of a disaster.
