Dave’s visionary approach delivers transformational technology improvements all across the airport campus. His unique insights into capital program planning, digital and mobile technologies, and construction best practices combine to achieve smart and adaptive terminals, enhancing the passenger experience and modernizing client operations.

With more than 30 years of engineering experience, Dave offers valuable perspectives on critical infrastructure protection, information technology strategic planning and engineering, mission critical facility development, and aviation special systems. He has managed numerous large technology infrastructure projects in the United States, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
