David Pryor thrives in strategy and project execution, shaping long-term campus plans, ensuring code compliance, and championing sustainable design across mission-critical environments in the public, academic, and industrial sectors.
As a structural engineer and project manager, David brings nearly two decades of experience driving high-stakes capital projects and complex infrastructure programs. With his experience working from both client and consultant perspectives, David brings leadership expertise to lead his teams in delivering high-impact, code-compliant, and constructable results through a balance of technical acumen, executive leadership, and operational execution.
Professional Highlights
- Served as a key Structural Engineer for a project team that earned a DVASE design award for a facility that included four high-capacity stations processing 14,000 tons of municipal solid waste daily.
- Assured structural design and construction oversight for a cutting-edge wastewater processing facility managing residuals and odor control at New York City’s largest treatment plant (310 MGD), recognized with ACEC award for engineering excellence.
- Led a capital improvement portfolio and advanced strategic initiatives at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, advising leadership at Princeton University and the U.S. Department of Energy to ensure mission readiness of facilities in support of fusion energy research.
